Al Faleh Educational Holding Q.P.S.C discloses the interim financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st August , 2025 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 14,026,553 in comparison to Net Profit QR 12,403,607 for the same period of the previous year. The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.058 as of 31st August , 2025 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.052 for the same period in 2024. Al Faleh Educational Holding Board of Directors proposed a cash dividend distribution to shareholders of 1.25 % of the nominal share value (QAR 0.0125 per share), subject to the approval of the General Assembly.
