Gulf International Services: Disclose the Annual Financial Statement of 2025

Gulf International Services discloses the financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2025 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 677,956,000 in comparison to Net Profit QR 711,000,000 for the same period of the previous year. The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.365 as of 31st December , 2025 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.383 for the same period in 2024. The Board of Directors recommends a cash dividend for the year 2025 of QR 0.10 per share. This equates to a payout ratio of 27% of net earnings for 2025 and represents 10% of the nominal share value.
