INMA Holding Company: Appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board

With reference to the above subject, please be informed that a Board of Directors meeting of Inmaa Holding Company was held, during which Mr. Rashid Nasser Rashid Sreea Al Kaabi was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inmaa Holding Company, and Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Sulaiti was elected as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inmaa Holding Company.
