INMA Holding Company: Extension of the Nomination Period for Membership on the Board of Directors of INMA Holding Company

Based on the resolution of the Board of Directors of INMA Holding Company dated 17 July 2025, it has been decided to extend the nomination period for candidacy to the Board of Directors, which was previously announced. The new deadline for submitting nominations is Thursday, 24 July 2025, instead of Thursday, 17 July 2025. This extension aims to allow for the selection of one independent board member to complete the current term of the Board of Directors.
