Notice Regarding Previously Disclosed Fy 2024 Cash Dividend and Record Date of 8 February 2026

Reference is made to the cash dividend relating to the financial year ended 31 December 2024, as previously disclosed in the listing prospectus of Mosanada Facilities Management Services Q.P.S.C. The dividend amounts to QAR 0.60 per share, representing an aggregate amount of QAR 42 million, and will be payable to shareholders registered as at the close of trading on 8 February 2026.
