Qatar Aluminum Manufacturing announces that the General Assembly Meeting AGM will be held on 25/02/2026, in Salwa ballroom, Sheraton Hotel, Doha and 09:00 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 12/03/2026, at same place and 09:00 PM 1. Listen to the Chairman's message for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Approve the Board of Directors' report on QAMCO's operations and financial performance for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. 3. Listen and approve the External Auditor’s Report on QAMCO's financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. 4. Discuss and approve QAMCO's financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. 5. Present and approve 2025 Corporate Governance Report. 6. Approve the Board's recommendation for a dividend payment of QR 0.1 per share for 2025, representing 10% of the nominal share value. 7. Absolve the Board of Directors from liability for the year ended 31 December 2025 and fix their remuneration. 8. Appoint the external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and approve their fees.
