Replacement of a Member of the Board of Directors of Qatar Aluminum Manufacturing Company (Qamco)

With reference to the above subject and to the provisions of Article No. (22) of the Articles of Association of Qatar Aluminum Manufacturing Company (QAMCO), we would like to inform you that QatarEnergy, in its capacity as the special shareholder, has decided to make the following amendment to the composition of the Board of Directors:

- Appointing Mr. Ahmed Abdulqader Al-Ahmad as a member of the Board of Directors of Qatar Aluminum Manufacturing Company (QAMCO), in replacement of Mr. Khalid Mohammed Sultan Laram, effective from 01/06/2026.
