Vodafone Qatar P.Q.S.C.: Disclose the Annual Financial Statement of 2025

Vodafone Qatar P.Q.S.C. discloses the financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2025 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 701,603,000 in comparison to Net Profit QR 600,663,000 for the same period of the previous year. The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.166 as of 31st December , 2025 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.142 for the same period in 2024. The Board of Directors has recommended the distribution of a cash dividend of 12% of the nominal share value, i.e. QR 0.12 per share for approval at the Company’s Annual General Assembly meeting.
