ZATCA Sets Criteria for 16th Wave for E-Invoicing Integration

The Governor of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) set criteria for selecting the targeted taxpayers in the 16th wave for implementing the Integration Phase of E-invoicing. It clarified that the 16th wave included all taxpayers whose revenues subject to VAT exceeded (SAR 3 million) during 2022 or 2023.

 

Additionally, ZATCA said it will notify all targeted taxpayers in the 16th wave to integrate their e-invoicing solutions with the (Fatoora) Platform from 1 April 2025.

 

ZATCA will notify individuals who meet the outlined criteria through approved communication channels during the specified timeframe.
