Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. (“Aamal”), one of the region’s leading and most diversified companies, announces the commencement of negotiations to sell its subsidiary, IMO Qatar W.L.L., to an associate, Frijns for Steel Structures Middle East Qatar W.L.L. IMO Qatar W.L.L., established in 2007, has been inactive since its inception. Its activities include the construction and maintenance of power plants, the establishment and management of industrial facilities, and acting as a representative for international companies.
