Additional Disclosure of the Commercial Bank's (P.S.Q.C.) Results for the Six Months Ended 30 June 2024

The 2023 Semi-annual financial statements are restated due to restatement of the year-end 2023 financial statements for the underlying derivative on the Bank’s share option performance scheme: 1) The reported net profit for the six-month period ending 30th June 2023 was QR 1,554,316,000. (The EPS for the six-month period was QR 0.37) 2) The restated net profit for the six-month period ending 30th June 2023 is QR 1,352,446,000. (The EPS for the six-month period is QR 0.34) 3) The reported net profit for the six-month period ending 30th June 2024 is QR 1,570,952,000. This represents a 1.1% increase on a reported basis and a 16.2% increase on a restated basis.
