Al Faleh Educational Holding Announces Board of Directors’ Recommendation to Award Construction Contract for Wellington College International – Qatar

Al Faleh Educational Holding announces that its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on the 4th of November 2026, reviewed the technical and commercial aspects of the Wellington College International – Qatar project in Lusail City, the bids received, and the bid evaluation report. Following a discussion of the evaluation results, the Board resolved to recommend that the Ordinary General Assembly approve the award of the school construction contract to the contractor that submitted the most suitable bid, at an estimated total contract value of approximately QAR 129 million, and to include the matter on the agenda of its upcoming meeting.

This decision follows the Company’s previous announcements regarding the licensing agreement with Wellington College International and the laying of the foundation stone for the project. The school will provide education from Kindergarten through Grade 12 and is planned to open in September 2028.

The project aims to expand the Company’s operations and attract new students by adding an international school to its portfolio of educational institutions, thereby contributing to increased revenues over the long term.

The award of the contract is subject to the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly. The Company will announce any material developments relating to the project.
