Further to the previous disclosure dated 11/2/2026, we hereby inform you that Kempinski Hotel – Venecia Hall- has been designated as the venue for the Company’s General Assembly meeting, to be held at the same previously announced time and date on 5/3/2026 , with an alternate meeting on 9/3/2026.
