Al Mahhar Holding Q.P.S.C. is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Petroleum Technology Company W.L.L. (Petrotec), has completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Gulf Automation System W.L.L., in accordance with the approval granted by the Company’s Extraordinary General Assembly held on 28 May 2025.
