Al Mahhar Holding Q.P.S.C. announces the resignation of Mr. Mohammed Abdulrahman Fakhroo from his position as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (Independent Member), effective as of today, in compliance with the requirements of Qatar Financial Markets Authority Resolution No. (5) of 2025, relating to the conditions of independence of independent board members.
