
Al Mahhar Holding announces that the General Assembly Meeting AGM will be held on 15/04/2026, electronically via Zoom and 05:00 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 21/04/2026, electronically via Zoom and 05:00 PM .
1. Hearing the Chairman's speech regarding the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
2. Hearing and approving the Board of Directors' report on the Company's activities and financial position for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
3. Hearing and approving the auditor's report regarding the Company's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
4. Discussing and approving the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
5. Approving the Board of Directors' recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 15% for the year 2025 from the nominal value of the share, equivalent to 0.15 Qatari Riyal per share.
6. Presenting and approving the Company's corporate governance report for the year 2025.
7. Discharging the members of the Board of Directors from liability for their activities during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, and determining their remuneration.
8. Appointing the Company's external auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and determining and approving their fees.
9. Election of two members of the Board of Directors (one independent member and one member representing the employees) to fill the vacant positions in the Board of Directors noting that the two members will be elected for the remaining term of the current Board of Directors.
