The liquidation four of its limited liability subsidiaries in the State of Qatar, as these companies have been inactive for some time, namely:

1. Al Meera Development Company (W.L.L)

2. Al Meera Central Markets (W.L.L)

3. Al Meera Logistics Services Company (W.L.L)

4. Al Meera Bookstore Company (W.L.L)

This decision forms part of the Company's efforts to streamline the Group's corporate structure and enhance administrative and operational efficiency, the liquidation procedures will be completed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
