Al Meera Consumer Goods Company: Will Hold Its AGM and EGM on 16/08/2026

Al Meera Consumer Goods Company announces that the General Assembly Meeting AGM and EGM will be held on 16/08/2026, Online and 04:00 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 23/08/2026, Online and 04:00 PM .

To consider the following agenda items:

First: Ordinary General Assembly (AGM):

1. Proposed Board Membership and Election Policy.

2. Proposed Board Members’ Remuneration Policy.

3. Proposed Related Party Transactions Policy.

Second: Extraordinary General Assembly (EGM):

1. To consider the proposed amendment to the Article relating to the Company’s objectives, and Articles (8), (25), (26), (27), (30), (31), (32), (37), (39), (40), (42), (43), (50), (64), (65), (82), and (83) of the Company’s Articles of Association, in line with the requirements of the Corporate Governance Code No. (5) of 2025 issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority.

2. To authorize H.E. the Chairman of the Board of Directors to sign the amended Articles of Association and complete the required notarization, authentication, and publication procedures before the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Justice in the State of Qatar.
