Alhokair Group CEO Fahd Al-Fawaz Resigns, Assigns Sami Alhokair as Acting CEO

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development’s (Alhokair Group) board of directors approved today, Jan. 3, the resignation of CEO Fahd Al-Fawaz, due to personal reasons.

 

Al-Fawaz’s last working day will be Feb. 28, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board assigned Managing Director Sami Alhokair to carry out the CEO’s duties as of March 1 until a new CEO is appointed.

 

In July 2021, Alhokair Group appointed Fahd Al-Fawaz as CEO, after the end of the period when Sami bin Abdulmohsen AlHokair served as Acting CEO, Argaam reported.
