Announcement Detail: With reference to Al Saif Stores for Development and Investment Company’s announcement published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on 30/11/1447 AH corresponding to 17/05/2026 regarding the invitation to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which is scheduled to be held, God willing, on 24/12/1447 AH corresponding to 10/06/2026 at 8:30 PM through modern technology means.

The Board of Directors is pleased to remind the Company’s shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services that they may vote remotely on the agenda items of the General Assembly. Electronic voting has commenced at 1:00 AM on Saturday, 20/12/1447 AH corresponding to 06/06/2026 and will continue until the end of the Assembly meeting.
