Back 2 Business Strengthens Qatar’s Global Networking Ecosystem With New Format

The latest edition of Back 2 Business, one of Qatar’s longest-running business networking platforms with nearly two decades of history, was successfully held with strong participation from members of the international business and diplomatic community.

Organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Qatar in collaboration with the American, French, Spanish, and German Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Dutch Business Council Qatar (DBCQ) and the German Business Council Qatar (GBCQ), the event introduced a new Speed Networking format that received an encouraging response from participants.

The revamped structure featured a dedicated one-to-one business introduction area, creating a focused and exclusive environment for meaningful interactions among company owners, CEOs, senior executives, diplomats, and top management professionals.

 Participants were able to exchange ideas, explore collaboration opportunities, and establish new business connections in a highly efficient setting.

Organisers said the new format significantly enhanced the quality of engagement and reaffirmed Back 2 Business as one of the most effective networking platforms in Qatar’s business calendar, serving as a key hub for cross-sector and cross-border commercial connections.

The event was attended by ambassadors from Italy and Germany, along with diplomats from the embassies of Japan, Canada, Spain, and Hungary, underscoring the strong international diplomatic presence and support for Qatar’s business community.

Special appreciation was extended to Market Experts for designing and successfully implementing the new networking format, which was credited as a key factor in the event’s success.

Organisers noted that the edition once again highlighted the strength of collaboration between business councils and chambers in fostering meaningful professional relationships and strengthening Qatar’s private sector ecosystem.

They added that preparations are already underway for the upcoming autumn edition, which is expected to further expand participation and continue building on the event’s role in supporting Qatar’s dynamic and growing business environment.
