Baladna announces the results of its Board of Directors meeting held on 24/06/2026 and approved

1. the minutes of the previous meeting No. 2/2026 held on 27 April 2026. And approved the resolutions that were taken.

2. Proposal to proceed with the resumption of the Company's capital increase procedures by issuing new shares for subscription (rights Issue).

3. Approval of the convening of the Extraordinary General Assembly to be held on Sunday, 19 July 2026, at 5:00 PM. In the event that the required quorum is not met, a second meeting shall be held on Wednesday, 22 July 2026, at the same time and through the same mechanism.
