Baladna: Disclose the Annual Financial Statement of 2023

Baladna discloses the interim financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2023 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 109,628,571 in comparison to Net Profit QR 80,611,726 for the same period of the previous year. The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.058 as of 31st December , 2023 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.042 for the same period in 2022. The Board of Directors recommended a cash dividend distribution for year 2023 amounting to QAR 0.0695 per share, which is 6.95% of the nominal value of share, subject to the approval of General Assembly.
