Barwa Announces the Sale of a Plot of Land in the Jabal Thuaileb Area of Lusail City

Barwa Real Estate Company announced the sale of a plot of land owned by Barwa Lusail Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, located in the Jabal Thuaileb area of Lusail City.

Under the agreement, the plot of land, measuring 8,700 square metres, was sold in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties.

This transaction comes as part of Barwa Real Estate’s strategy to improve the performance of its investment portfolio and divest certain non-income-generating assets, thereby positively impacting the Group’s financial performance indicators and contributing to sustainable growth in shareholders’ returns.

It should be noted that there is no conflict of interest between the contracting parties to this agreement.
