Barwa Real Estate Announces the Opening of Registration of Interest for Its Latest Project, “barwa Bay”

Barwa Real Estate Company announced the opening of registration of interest in the Group’s latest project, “Barwa Bay,” which will be developed through its subsidiary Asas Real Estate Company, within the luxury and premium real estate category in the Lusail Marina area, opposite the yacht marina.

The project will be built on a plot of land measuring approximately 17,000 square metres, which forms part of the Group’s existing real estate portfolio. It consists of two main residential towers situated on a shared podium, comprising a diverse range of residential units with different sizes and designs, all enjoying sea views. The project also includes spaces designated for retail outlets, restaurants and cafés, in addition to integrated facilities serving the project’s residents.
