Barwa Real Estate Launches ‘Barwa’ Application for Smart Devices on iOS and Android Systems

Doha, Qatar: Barwa Real Estate Group has unveiled the “Barwa” application designed for smart devices operating on both “iOS” and “Android” systems. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to leveraging modern means to keep pace with technological advancements, elevate service quality in the real estate sector, and enhance communication with its audience. It is a strategic step to reinforce its position as one of the leading real estate companies in Qatar, renowned for developing some of the largest strategic real estate projects in the country.

The new application, available on both Apple and Google stores, provides details about completed and ongoing Barwa Real Estate projects. 

These projects encompass a diverse and balanced mix of real estate developments covering all regions of the country. Additionally, the app offers comprehensive details about available rental units with the group’s subsidiary “Waseef,” including pricing, sizes, and locations within each project. 

It also includes information about all markets and supermarkets present in the group’s developed projects. Furthermore, the application allows users to share information about real estate projects, featuring a map showcasing project locations.

Moreover, the application facilitates the reservation of parking spaces for guests at the main headquarters of the group in the “Barwa Al-Saad” project. It also provides information and images related to the group’s projects and events.

This application marks a new achievement in Barwa Real Estate Group’s digital transformation journey. It aims to harness the power of advanced technologies and innovation to improve its services, add the desired value to the real estate sector, and elevate customer experiences to more distinguished levels. Supporting real estate technologies remains a fundamental aspect of enhancing the group’s customer experience, confirming Barwa Real Estate’s commitment to providing a unique experience for its clients through various new innovations and the adoption of modern and advanced communication methods.

It is worth noting that Barwa Real Estate Group’s operational portfolio boasts diversity, comprising 14,069 residential units, 55,129 workers’ accommodations, around 330,000 square meters of commercial shops, showrooms, and offices, along with approximately 448,000 square meters allocated for workshops and warehouses, and 232 hotel rooms.
