Commercial Bank: Disclose the Semi-annual Financial Statement of 2025

Commercial Bank discloses the interim financial statement for the six-month period ending 30th June , 2025 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 1,261,361,000 in comparison to Net Profit QR 1,570,952,000 for the same period of the previous year. The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.32 as of 30th June , 2025 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.40 for the same period in 2024. The Board of Directors approved at its meeting held on 22 May 2025 a Share Buyback plan to purchase up to 10% of the bank’s fully paid-up issued shares, subject to regulatory approvals. In light of this and the pipeline of loan growth it was decided not to distribute an interim dividend for the period ended 30 June 2025.
