Damaan Islamic Insurance Company - Beema: Completion of the Restructuring of the Ownership of the Founding Shareholders.

Damaan Islamic Insurance Company – Beema Q.P.S.C. (“Beema” or the “Company”) would like to inform its valued investors that the restructuring of the ownership of the Company’s founding shareholders has been completed, and that all related procedures have been fully implemented.

As part of the restructuring, Qatar Insurance Company Q.P.S.C. transferred 13.75% of its shareholding in the Company for a consideration of QAR 118,745,000, and Qatar Islamic Bank Q.P.S.C. transferred 13.75% of its shareholding in the Company for a consideration of QAR 118,745,000, in favor of special purpose financed by one of the Company’s founders, Q-Invest LLC, in accordance with the regulatory approvals issued by the competent authorities.

The Company further confirms that the above-mentioned restructuring has been fully and finally completed. The transaction was limited solely to the restructuring of the ownership of the Company’s founding shareholders as described above and does not result in any change to the Company’s business activities, corporate objectives, or operational strategy.
