Damaan Islamic Insurance Company: The EGM Endorses Items on Its Agenda

Damaan Islamic Insurance Company announces the results of the EGM. The meeting was held on 27/07/2026 and the following resolution were approved

1. Approve the amendment of the Company’s Articles of Association to align them with the Corporate Governance Code issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority pursuant to Resolution No. (5) of 2025.

2. Authorize the Chairman of the Board of Directors, or the Vice Chairman (each acting individually), to sign all documents and instruments necessary to complete the foregoing amendment.
