Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company discloses the issuance of the Court of Cassation’s ruling in Appeal No. 331 of 2026 against the Court of Appeal’s judgment No. 2837/2025 issued on 23 February 2026. The Court of Cassation overturned and annulled the Court of Appeal’s judgment and ruled on the case anew as detailed in the ruling of the judgment.

The Court of Cassation’s judgment is final on the subject matter of the case.
