Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Co. announces the results of its Board of Directors meeting held on 30/12/2025 and approved the Company’s budget for the year 2026,and approval of updated internal policies applicable at the Company. The Board of Directors also decided to open the nomination period for the election of the Board of Directors for the term (2026–2028) from 25/1/2026 until 8/2/2026.
