Doha Bank Appoints Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners for the Issuance of Us Dollar Bonds

Doha Bank Q.P.S.C. (the “Bank”) has mandated Crédit Agricole CIB, DBS Bank Ltd., Emirates NBD Capital, ING, KIS Asia, Mashreq, QNB Capital, RAKBANK. Santander and Standard Chartered Bank as Joint Lead Managers and Commercial Bank of Qatar as Co-Manager, and Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls and meetings on behalf of the Bank. A USD long 5-year benchmark Reg S offering under the Bank’s Euro Medium Term Note Programme may follow, subject to market conditions.
