Doha Bank Appoints Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners for US Dollar Bond Issue

Doha, October 21 (QNA) - Doha Bank Q.P.S.C. has mandated Bank ABC, Barclays, BBVA, Deutsche Bank, Emirates NBD Capital, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, KAMCO Invest, KGI Asia, Mashreq, QNB Capital and Standard Chartered Bank as joint lead managers and bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed-income investor calls and meetings on behalf of the bank.

The bank said in a statement published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website on Wednesday that a five-year US dollar benchmark bond offering under its Euro Medium Term Note Program may follow the appointment, subject to market conditions. The offering would be made under Regulation S (Reg S). (QNA)
