Accordingly, the elections will be conducted through the Annual General Assembly scheduled to be held on Thursday, 02/04/2026, to elect eight members from among the non-independent nominees and three members from among the independent nominees. In the event that the legal quorum is not met at the first meeting, a second meeting will be convened on Thursday, 09/04/2026.
