Announcement Detail: In line with its commitment to governance and transparency, GAS Arabian Services Co. announces the receipt of letter from Mr. Faisal Khalid AlDabal (the Vice Chairman & CEO) stating the transfer of all his shares in the Company, amounting to 935,000 shares, from his personal portfolio to the portfolio of a company in which he owns a (90%) stake, for the purposes of organization and financial restructuring.

The transfer was executed through a negotiated deal.
