Announcement Detail: GAS Arabian Services Co. Announces signing of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco).

Under this agreement, the company will provide In-Plant services across various technical disciplines, including; Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Communication, Painting, Civil & Structural.

The duration of the agreement is for an initial period of six (6) years, with the possibility of extension for two additional periods of three (3) years each (6 + 3 + 3), totaling a potential twelve (12) years.

The financial impact of the agreement will depend on the size and scope of the work to be carried out under the relevant contracts/purchase order.
