Announcement Detail | With reference to the announcement by GAS Arabian Services Company published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website regarding the submission of an application to transfer to the Main Market on 22/01/1447H corresponding to 17/07/2025G through the automated system specified by the relevant regulatory authorities, the Company wishes to inform its esteemed shareholders that the Saudi Exchange has approved the request of GAS Arabian Services Company to transfer from the Parallel Market to the Main Market, as per its approval dated 24/03/1447H corresponding to 16/09/2025G. Accordingly, GAS Arabian Services Company announces the publication of the transfer document related to the process of transferring the Company’s shares from the Parallel Market to the Main Market, with a share capital of SAR 158,000,000 and a total of 158,000,000 shares. Shareholders may also thoroughly review the Transfer Document through the Company’s website. Attached herewith is the Transfer Document. |
