QIIB has revealed the name of the winner who drove away with three luxury Lexus cars — the grand prize in its exclusive Visa credit and debit card campaign, which ran from March 1-April 30.
Ali Hamad al-Mesaifri, QIIB's Chief of Human Resources and Administration, handed over the keys of the three Lexus vehicles — the LX600, RX, and ES — to the winner, Sherif Mohamed, during a ceremony held at the Lexus showroom. The event was attended by several senior bank executives and officials.
Mohamed was selected as the grand prize winner through draw conducted at the end of the campaign, which was held in collaboration with Visa, in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry besides QIIB officials.
The campaign encouraged customers to use QIIB Visa credit and debit cards by offering them a chance to win three premium cars, with a combined value exceeding QR1mn.
Al-Mesaifri expressed his pleasure in presenting another major prize to a valued QIIB customer.
He stated: “We are proud to hand over the keys to three luxury vehicles to our winning customer — a well-deserved reward in recognition of his loyalty and trust in our services. At QIIB, we remain committed to rewarding our customers with exceptional offers that reflect their aspirations and enhance their banking experience.
“In designing this campaign, we were keen to offer an unprecedented prize — both in value and scale — to provide our customers with a genuine incentive to benefit from their cards and further promote the use of electronic payment methods, which have become a central part of modern lifestyles”.
Al-Mesaifri noted: “At QIIB, we view our relationship with customers as a long-term partnership.
Through this, we aim to deliver innovative banking products and services, along with meaningful benefits and real added value.
The bank will continue to launch impactful initiatives that further strengthen QIIB’s position as one of the leading banks in the Qatari market”.
Al-Mesaifri concluded his remarks by stating: “These campaigns reaffirm our strong commitment to supporting the digital transformation of the banking sector and promoting the use of secure and convenient digital payments — in line with the State’s vision to advance the digital economy and provide smart, innovative banking solutions”.
