IBPC President Honoured at 10th World Robot Conference in China

The Indian Business and Professionals Council (IBPC), Qatar president, Thaha Muhammed Abdul Kareem, was honoured as a special guest and distinguished speaker at the main forum of the recently held 10th World Robot Conference (WRC 2025) in China.

Kareem - who currently serves as a special consultant to the Royal family members of Qatar and is also the Group general manager and director board adviser for the Masskar Group - delivered a speech ‘From Gulf to the Globe: Qatar’s AI (artificial intelligence) and Robotics Future’, captivating a global audience of top researchers, engineers, and industry pioneers.

At the inaugural function, he, along with a selected few dignitaries, officially launched the Robot World 2.0 platform.

“It was an incredible honour to represent the vibrant community of Doha at such a prominent global event. I am excited to bring these insights and connections back to Doha to further contribute to our local and regional technological advancements and to inspire the next generation of innovators.

This experience proves that with passion and a forward-thinking mindset, we can shape the future of technology, not just for our communities but for the entire world,” he said.
