INMA Holding Company Has Announced the Opening of Nominations to Fill the Vacant Seat on Its Board of Directors

Inma Holding Company has announced the opening of the nomination process for the election of one independent member to the Board of Directors. The nomination period commences on the morning of Monday, June 15, 2026, and concludes at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 29, 2026. This election is to fill a vacant seat for the remainder of the current Board’s term, which ends at the close of the 2027 fiscal year.
