INMA Holding: The AGM Endorses Items on Its Agenda

Inma Holding announces the results of the AGM. The meeting was held on 12/08/2026 and the following resolution were approved

Mr. Bader Ahmed Ibrahim Siddiqi Al-Emadi has been elected as an independent member to complete the remaining term of the Board of Directors until the end of 2027. This follows an increase in the number of board members to seven, in compliance with the Corporate Governance Regulations for Listed Companies issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) and the company's Articles of Association. Additionally, Ms. May Issa Mubarak Issa Al-Kaabi was elected as a reserve board member.
