Inma Holding announces that the General Assembly Meeting AGM will be held on 10/08/2026, The Company's Head Office in Msheireb and 05:00 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 12/08/2026, same place and 05:00 PM .

Election of an independent Board member to complete the remaining term of Board membership from 2025 to 2027.
