JAZADCO Rebrands Into Jazan Development and Investment

Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) has officially changed its name to Jazan Development and Investment Co., according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

This rebranding came after fulfilling all necessary procedures to change the company's name, basic system, and commercial register, following the company’s extraordinary general meeting’s approval on Dec. 26, 2023, the statement added.
