Lesha Bank Signs an Agreement

Lesha Bank announces it has signed agreement Lesha Bank LLC (Public) has entered into a preliminary, initial term sheet with Baiterek NMH JSC dated on 14 February 2024 regarding the potential acquisition of the entire share capital of a bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The transaction is subject to the successful negotiation by the parties of the terms and conditions of the definitive agreement to be entered into between the parties in connection with the acquisition.
