Mazaya Real Estate Development Announces the Launch of the “alora” Residential Project

Mazaya Real Estate Development Q.P.S.C. announces the launch of its new residential project “Alora” in the Fox Hils area of Lusail City.

And the company aims to complete the project before the end of 2028.

The total area of the project is estimated at approximately (11,200) square meters and includes 67 residential units.

The company is currently finalizing the necessary approvals and permits from the relevant authorities in preparation for commencing the development works in accordance with the highest quality standards and in compliance with the requirements of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and other competent entities.
