Mazaya Real Estate Development: Disclosure on the Replacement of Qia Representative on Mazaya Real Estate Development Board of Directors

Mazaya Real Estate Development Q.P.S.C. announces that, based on the request of Qatar Investment Authority, in its capacity as a juristic member of the Company’s Board of Directors, and after the approval of the regulatory authorities the board has approved the replacement of QIA representative.

Accordingly, Mr. Saad Farhan Al-Otaibi has been appointed as a representative of Qatar Investment Authority on the Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Jassim Mohammed Telefat.
