Mazaya Real Estate Development Q.P.S.C. discloses the postponement of the second Extraordinary General Assembly meeting of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on 1 April 2026, due to the lack of legal quorum.

Accordingly, the meeting will be held at a later date to be announced in due course.
