Mazaya Real Estate Development Q.P.S.C.: The EGM Endorses Items on It's Agenda

Mazaya Real Estate Development Q.P.S.C. announces the results of the EGM. The meeting was held on 15/05/2024 and the following resolution were approved Item 1: Amending the relevant articles of the Company’s current Articles of Association regarding increasing the percentage of foreign ownership to become 100% of the capital, equivalent to one billion shares. Item 2: Amending the Articles of Association by adding a clause that allows the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends. Item 3: Delegating the Chairman to sign and amend the Articles of Association and complete the procedures for obtaining the required approvals and document them with the competent authorities. .
