Medicare Group: Appointment of a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Reconstitution of the Nominations, Remuneration, and Incentives Committee

Medicare Group (Q.P.S.C) hereby discloses the Board of Directors' decision to appoint Sheikh Mohammed bin Thani bin Abdullah Al-Thani as an additional Vice-Chairman in addition to Sheikh Turki bin Khalid bin Thani Al Thani.

The Board of Directors also decided to reconstitute the Nominations, Remuneration, and Incentives Committee, to be chaired by Mohammed bin Thani bin Abdullah Al-Thani, with Sheikh Turki bin Khalid bin Thani Al-Thani and Sheikh Ali bin Abdulla bin Thani Al-Thani as members.
