Medicare Group Co. discloses the judgment in the lawsuit no 700000/2025 appeal . filed by Medicare Group against National Health Insurance Company - (under liquidation) and others. The Court of Appeal issued its judgment today, Wednesday, December 31, 2025, that the National Health Insurance Company – SEHA (under liquidation) is obliged to pay the appellant, Medicare Group, the amount of 130,453,117 Qatari Riyals and reject all other requests. The company will file an appeal to the Court of Cassation to obtain a judgment in its favor for the remaining requests.
